We use Culligan for our water softening. We have an old softener, and I thought for sure they would come out here and try to sell me a new one. Instead, they went with the honesty is the best policy, and said that mine will be fine, I just need to have it programmed, filled up with the salt and it is ready to go! The way they have it programmed for us, it is not on my mind at all. They come and fill it up on a schedule, I don't have to carry bags to my basement and monitor it, and we love the soft water! Big difference in my laundry.

The folks at Metzner"s Culligan are just wonderful.They came to our house, tested the water, explained the different softeners they had for our problems. We picked the softener we wanted and the service we wanted, at the price we wanted. We did the paperwork and set up the appointment and a few days later our softener was installed. A week later they came back and tested the water and all our problems were gone. We can feel the difference in our water, and we couldn't feel better about it. They did a superior job as far as I'm concerned.

Very friendly customer service. I had a ton of questions at the beginning and you helped me along the way. We had a water filtration system installed and it is amazing. They do yearly maintenance for us and the technician is also friendly and knowledgable.

Great and dependable service. Down to earth people with no pressure sales involved. Have been servicing our equipment for years. NEVER an issue or concern with Culligan. The only thing they could do better is to bring the donuts with the salt delivery (just kidding!). Highly recommend them for your soft water needs.
