We have had great experiences with Metzners for a decade and are pleased with our softener and RO systems. This past yearly inspection didn't catch a problem. The important part is they came back out and fixed it for no charge including things not necessarily part of what was missed. Mistakes happen, what's important is standing behind their service and making it right.

Very friendly and dependable service. If you aren't home for a delivery (and feel comfortable doing so) you can leave an entry open for them,let them know how to get in, and they deliver and fill your salt tank. They also take care of your equipment (if needed) in a timely manner.

The reverse osmosis water tank is located in our basement. We have good tasting cool water all the time.
