Ridiculous processes to cancel. They require a service person to call you back in order to cancel service. The service person never called me back even though I called them twice to request cancellation. They also required a 30 day notice of cancellation or be charged the next months rental fee. Be aware of their difficult cancelation requirements. The water is delicious!
Great and dependable service. Down to earth people with no pressure sales involved. Have been servicing our equipment for years. NEVER an issue or concern with Culligan. The only thing they could do better is to bring the donuts with the salt delivery (just kidding!). Highly recommend them for your soft water needs.
Tony with Metzners was like a scientist with all his vials, droppers, test tubes! It was very helpful to see the differences in water quality from different sources in my house. Thanks for helping me clean up my water.
Tony is absolutely wonderful , he is extremely knowledgeable and can help you with almost anything and everything you need or have questions about. Highly recommend!!
Tony Passerell is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all. Amazing how many dangerous chemicals are in our water and so grateful to have Culligan to make our water safe!
Very friendly and dependable service. If you aren't home for a delivery (and feel comfortable doing so) you can leave an entry open for them, let them know how to get in, and they deliver and fill your salt tank. They also take care of your equipment (if needed) in a timely manner.
I have been a water softening customer of Metzner's for a couple of years and recently decided to add a RO system to our home. From the initial call, the consult with Tony, the install with Chad and the follow up visits Metzner's delivered exactly what they said they would. The consult was thorough, the install was professional and not only did they do an onsight follow up to ensure no issues / leaks; they also did a phone follow up to ensure I was satisfied. I strongly recommend Metzner's Culligan to anyone looking for a water softening or RO solution. Thank you!!
Great service. Great water. No issues. Culligan is extremely professional and kind.We have had Metzner’s Culligan drinking water for 5 years. How many plastic water bottles is that? Saved. Handled. Purchased. We liked it so much we now have their water softener, which has also been working so much better than our other one that just didn’t meet our needs. (Kaukauna)
Best way to say this - not progressing with the times. If I would have known what a hassle it is, I probably wouldn’t have gone with this company.Culligan insisted that they provide a water drop off service making life easier, not the case. We have had 4 drop offs over the course of 4 months and 1 order has been seamless, the first order.Second Order - When I set up the account, I asked that we have 4 jugs delivered each month, guessing how many, as it was the first time. I was told when I wanted to update the number dropped off each month, I would be able to email that information and have that delivered next time. I emailed to update to 6 jugs and received a responded back that it was received and account was updated. That order was delivered with only 4. I live in Pulaski and drove 30 minutes one way to pick up the 2 other jugs. I didn’t fill them myself because if they are filled by anyone other than Culligan, they become contaminated and can’t be traded in as a bottle deposit again, understandable.Third Order - I called to verify 6 jugs would be delivered before drop off. Again, 4 were delivered. I drove 30 min to Culligan to get what I needed.Fourth Order - In order to have a free delivery fee, when the fresh bottles are dropped off, the empty deposit bottles need to be picked up. When I set up my account, I provided information to always have them dropped in our mud room where the empty bottles will be ready. This means I am leaving the house open all day, which is uncomfortable. On this order, the fresh water was left in the driveway. The delivery person did not bring them in the mud room and exchange them with the empties. I left my house unlocked all day and was charged a delivery fee. Even though the last 3 deliveries were dropped in the house.Other deterring items-1) There isn’t an app to request the amount of water. Email isn’t successful. Calling is the only way to be successful. The woman is very nice but this is not convenient.2) Culligan calls the day before drop off to communicate what time they will be there. I work all day, this doesn’t matter to me. It’s inconvenient to call me during the work day. However, this might be something that works for someone else’s lifestyle.3) This is probably the same as number 1 but I want to pay on an app that keeps my info and statements easy to read. Not available. There’s not a big reason I’m not happy. Overall, it’s all the little things that have now added up. It’s costed me more time and money with these miscommunications that could have been avoided with updated technology. They are not keeping up with the times.Great water, but I would not recommend for the hassle.
It's been frustrating scheduling service appointments with this company. We don't feel comfortable leaving a driver access to our home when we are not there, so there have been limited days and times that worked. Although we had a set day and time, the company often just changed the day and time assuming we would make our schedule work for them somehow. There have also been several different service guys on our route and one in particular made a comment to me about some of the stuff we had in our garage as he was walking through. The service was set up when we moved in, so we stayed with them, but enough is enough.
Setup up an appointment twice. First one they notified that they couldn't make it. Second one was a no call no show. Was looking for a complete well water system and they wanted to come and test the water. Thanks, but no thanks.
